Job Summary:

The TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operations of PeachyBbies’ TikTok Shop, including affiliate management, campaign support, and basic shop operations.

This role is ideal for a junior marketer with social media management experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to gain hands-on experience in social commerce operations, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Affiliate Program Execution

• Own the day-to-day operation of the TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate creators aligned with the brand.
• Share product details, timelines, and campaign instructions with affiliates.
• Ensure affiliate content follows brand guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements.
• Track affiliate performance metrics and flag opportunities or issues.

Social Media & Campaign Support

• Assist in managing PeachyBbies’ TikTok content calendar, ensuring affiliate campaigns are aligned with posts and trends.
• Track affiliate campaign performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and sales.
• Identify trends, content opportunities, and optimization areas for both social posts and affiliate campaigns.
• Support testing of new creators, content styles, and campaign approaches.

Creator Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate creators.
• Respond to creator questions and troubleshoot basic platform or process issues.
• Coordinate reposting and amplification of high-performing affiliate content.
• Maintain positive, professional creator relationships.

Reporting & Organization

• Prepare and maintain regular affiliate performance reports.
• Keep affiliate rosters, creator contact information, and notes organized and up to date.
• Document campaign outcomes and track learnings over time.
• Use TikTok Shop tools and internal systems to manage affiliate data.

TikTok Shop Operations

• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and campaign setup.
• Support product launches, restocks, and promotional events within TikTok Shop.
• Monitor order flow, basic fulfillment issues, and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Ensure product information, availability, and promotional details are accurate and up to date.
• Partner with internal teams (operations, customer experience, marketing) to resolve TikTok Shop-related issues.
• Stay informed on TikTok Shop operational updates, policies, and best practices.

Collaboration & Growth

• Partner with marketing and creative teams to support launches and promotions.
• Take feedback well and apply learnings to improve execution.
• Demonstrate alignment with PeachyBbies’ core values and a willingness to grow with the role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with TikTok and creator-driven content; TikTok Shop experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic performance metrics.
• Clear communicator with a positive, collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of FTC disclosure requirements or willingness to learn.
