MBA Summer Internship Program - New York City Our MBA Summer Intern program offers hardworking MBA students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 and work approximately 40 hours per week.
What does a successful MBA Intern do?
A successful MBA Intern at Fiserv will work with skilled professionals in product management, product marketing, and product strategy on initiatives like developing business cases for new product features and capabilities, growth projects, go-to-market strategies, market analysis, as well as driving revenue generation activities. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the fintech industry and a broad exposure to the organization.
What you will do:
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pivotal roles in positioning, pricing, and more
- Participate in client discussions and be a key influencer
- Conduct market analysis and provide market feedback to leadership team regarding ideas for new offerings and client needs based on synthetization of intakes through the delivery process
- Create strategic business cases to identify and validate major initiatives including benefits and impacts of initiatives across the organization and clients
What you will need to have:
- Must have been a participant in the New York University on-campus interview day with Fiserv on January 14th, 2026
- Progress towards the completion of an MBA degree at NYU University by May 2027
What would be great to have:
- Strong executive presence and business acumen with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience or a strong interest in financial services/fintech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Important info about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Salary Range
$45,900.00 - $62,100.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
