Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. Duties

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop compelling ad creatives to attract target audiences.
• Engage in social listening to understand audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos (video editing skills preferred), photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Maintain relationship management with followers and influencers to foster community growth.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Track industry trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns to maximize engagement.

Skills

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Ability to create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written copy.
• Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
