Influencer Operations Manager (TikTok)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Influencer Operations Manager to lead our TikTok creator partnerships in the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality influencer ecosystem, driving scalable collaboration models, and maximizing content and commercial performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality TikTok creators aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership structuring, and contract execution.
  • Build a scalable influencer sourcing and collaboration framework.

2. Influencer Campaign & Project Management

  • Design influencer collaboration strategies and campaign plans based on business goals.
  • Oversee content creation, publishing timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and continuously optimize collaboration models.

3. Creator Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers through regular communication.
  • Organize onboarding sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.
  • Proactively resolve partnership issues and improve creator satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Market & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor TikTok platform trends, creator ecosystem dynamics, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify emerging influencer opportunities and provide strategic insights to leadership.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable partnership and growth strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Growth teams to align influencer initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure influencer content and campaigns support product positioning and brand objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, influencer marketing, or partnerships.
  • Strong familiarity with the TikTok platform and creator ecosystem, especially in the U.S. market.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong market awareness and ability to identify high-potential creator opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Creator Network

  • Existing network of U.S.-based TikTok creators or influencer-related industry connections is highly preferred.

Data & Analytics

  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to evaluate influencer ROI and optimize partnerships based on data insights.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization abilities.
