Marketing Assistant – Pokémon TCG Content & Community (Hybrid – Arizona)

Job Description

We’re hiring an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing Pokémon TCG content and trading card brand. This role is primarily focused on marketing execution, community management, and promotional campaigns, with some hands-on operational and assistant support as needed.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants real, hands-on experience across digital marketing, influencer partnerships, live events, and creator-led brands within the Pokémon TCG space.

Candidates must be based in Arizona and comfortable with a hybrid role that includes in-person work, travel, and event support.

Primary Responsibilities Marketing, Content & Community

• Manage and engage online community
• Execute promotional and marketing campaigns
• Assist with social media management and coordination
• Plan and run giveaway campaigns
• Help run and track an affiliate program
• Support influencer outreach and ongoing creator relationships
• Support email marketing campaigns and outbound communications
• Help draft simple contracts and creator agreements
• Stay up to date on Pokémon TCG trends, creators, and content

Events & Promotions

• Travel to card shows and events to support marketing efforts
• Assist with vending, product demos, and live promotions
• Help coordinate and support brand events (including travel)
• Assist with filming content and behind-the-scenes setup

Operations & Assistant Support

• Provide in-person support for brand operations, events, and sourcing as needed, including some personal assistant responsibilities tied to the business
• Source Pokémon product and supplies
• Run business-related errands as needed
• Assist with organization, scheduling, and follow-ups

Requirements

• Must be based in Arizona
• Available for full-time, hybrid work
• Comfortable with travel, events, and in-person support
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and creator-led brands
• Genuine interest in Pokémon TCG and trading cards
• Organized, reliable, and adaptable

Compensation

• $45,000 per year
• No benefits at this time
• Opportunity to grow with the brand and take on additional responsibility
