The Creator Relations Manager will oversee and support the strategic growth of our creator ecosystem, collaborating with internal marketing, game service teams, and external influencers to ensure seamless brand integration across multiple IPs. Key responsibilities include designing and managing creator programs, overseeing campaign budgets, and monitoring performance milestones while clearly communicating goals to both creators and the organization. Working closely with community team, you will drive effective collaboration and develop best practices for creator engagement to support game launches, content updates, and long-term player retention.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the lifecycle of creator programs (e.g., partner programs, affiliate models, and early access initiatives).
- Partner with the Production and Marketing teams to align creator beats with project schedules, ensuring creators have the assets and information needed for successful game launches and updates.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with a diverse roster of creators, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization.
- Use project management and analytics tools to monitor campaign progress, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and ROI.
- Proactively identify potential PR risks or "bottlenecks" within the creator community and drive timely, professional resolutions.
- Facilitate and drive creator-led events during live operations, ensuring a smooth transition from development milestones to community-facing content.
- Develop and implement best practices for creator onboarding and communication, standardizing processes to enhance efficiency as the program scales.
- Maintain a deep understanding of trends within Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok to ensure our programs remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 - 7 years of experience as a project manager or producer within the gaming industry.
- Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns, talent relations, or community-driven marketing within the gaming or entertainment sector.
- High level of social awareness and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential PR risks or conflicts within the creator community.
- Ability to align creator activities with broader marketing goals, game launches, and live operations updates.
- Experience working with remote teams across the globe.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams.
- Experience with crisis management and handling high-pressure situations.
- Deep knowledge of online gaming market and the creator ecosystem, including platform-specific trends on Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Extensive knowledge of the MMORPG genre including player motivations, community sentiment, and long-term content cycles
- Deep knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting complex findings to varied groups in a concise, digestible way.
- Highly self-motivated and accountable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creator deliverables, contract timelines, and asset distributions simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
