Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead local, national, and corporate marketing initiatives.

This role has a three-pronged focus:

(1) Growing our local customer base through our digital platforms

(2) Executing brand and franchise development campaigns

(3) Managing multiple digital company platforms (Website, App, Shopify, Social accounts)

The ideal candidate will be equal parts creative and analytical—capable of crafting compelling campaigns, managing digital performance metrics, and aligning all marketing efforts with brand and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Bar Marketing

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns for corporate-owned bars to drive foot traffic, sales, and event attendance.
  • Manage paid media, influencer collaborations, and promotional calendars for corporate locations, ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Coordinate with Operations to align promotions, product launches, and seasonal activations with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data and POS insights to identify performance gaps and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce content that reflects local community culture while maintaining brand consistency.

2. Franchisee Marketing Support

  • Develop and maintain turnkey local marketing toolkits and playbooks for franchisees (grand openings, local promotions, influencer collaborations, community events, etc.).
  • Oversee co-op marketing programs and vendor partnerships (e.g., print, social, OOH, radio) to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate franchisee onboarding and provide training on brand voice, content standards, and digital ad execution.
  • Support individual franchise locations with paid media guidance, social strategy, and regional PR initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data from franchisee campaigns to identify trends, optimize spend, and recommend improvements.

3. Brand & Franchise Development Marketing

  • Work closely with the Franchise Development team to generate franchise leads and expand the brand’s footprint through strategic digital campaigns.
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels—including franchise microsites, landing pages, drip email campaigns, and paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)—to convert prospects into qualified franchise candidates.
  • Oversee creative direction for national brand campaigns, ensuring alignment between consumer-facing and franchise recruitment messaging.
  • Manage marketing collateral such as franchise pitch decks, one-pagers, videos, and digital assets to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (agencies, designers, videographers) to ensure timely production and brand consistency.

4. Brand Management & Strategy

  • Serve as a brand guardian—ensuring that all marketing touchpoints adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs across campaigns (cost per lead, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget, balancing corporate, franchisee, and franchise sales priorities.
  • Lead marketing calendar development to align seasonal, local, and franchise recruitment campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital channels to position the brand as an industry leader.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within franchise, hospitality, or multi-unit retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, analytics, and CRM automation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders (corporate, franchisees, vendors).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Creative eye for branding and storytelling with a performance-driven mentality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
