We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives and breathes all things social media, and understands how to convert scrolls into clicks, engagement, and purchases. If you're passionate about wellness, aesthetic content, storytelling, and performance marketing, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create & Manage Content – Plan, create, and schedule daily content (Feed, Reels, Stories) aligned with trends, seasonal themes, and product launches across multiple brands.
  • Run Ad Campaigns – Create and optimize paid ad campaigns across social platforms to generate desired ROAS.
  • Analyze & Report – Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, CTR, ROAS, etc.), provide insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Community Management – Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build relationships with influencers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate Efficiently – Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and content alignment.
  • Spot Trends Early – Stay ahead of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
  • Send PR Mailers & Samples – Prep & ship curated mailers to top creators and press.
  • Event Support - Help team coordinate, plan, execute PR/Influencer events.
  • Collaborate with all departments on creative marketing and social media projects.

  • Obsessed with Instagram – especially Reels, Story strategies, and UGC.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Hands-on experience with creating Meta Ads.
  • Strong copywriting and basic content editing/design skills (Capcut etc.).
  • Understanding of brand voice, aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with wellness or e-commerce brands is a major plus.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe suite).
  • Experience with influencer marketing or UGC coordination.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms.
