Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for a growing lifestyle and real estate development brand in the United States.
This role requires hands-on experience managing all aspects of influencer campaigns, including influencer sourcing, outreach, content development, campaign execution, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate understands how to connect influencer activity to website traffic, lead generation, in-person visits, and sales.
This is a contract role with potential for ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer sourcing and vetting (nano, micro, and mid-tier creators)
Influencer outreach, relationship management, and negotiation
Campaign planning and influencer marketing strategy development
Creation of influencer briefs and content guidelines
Content coordination, approvals, and posting schedules
FTC disclosure compliance and brand alignment
Campaign management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels
Setup and management of UTM tracking, links, and promo codes
Influencer campaign analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
Optimization based on engagement, CTR, traffic, and conversions
Required Skills & Experience
Must be based in the United States
2+ years of influencer marketing management experience
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
Strong background in influencer outreach and creator management
Experience with influencer analytics, attribution, and reporting
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social metrics
Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred Experience
Lifestyle, real estate, travel, or consumer brand influencer campaigns
Influencer ambassador or long-term creator partnerships
Event-based influencer activations
Experience with paid influencer amplification or whitelisting
Project Scope
Influencer campaign setup and launch (pilot phase)
Ongoing influencer campaign management and optimization
