We’re looking for a social-obsessed, community-first storyteller to help bring our brand to life online. You’ll be at the heart of how we show up on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond—building buzz, sparking conversation, and creating meaningful connections with our community every single day.

What You’ll Do
Social Strategy & Channel Management
- Build and manage our owned social presence across key platforms.
- Own the social content calendar and posting schedule.
- Write, edit, and refine captions that sound unmistakably us .
- Help evolve and protect our brand voice across channels.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to develop best-in-class content for launches, cultural moments, and retail activations.
- Coordinate additional content needs, including shoots and production support.
- Work closely with Influencer Marketing to spot UGC, engage creators, and identify future partners.
- Provide real-time, on-the-ground social support during photoshoots and brand events.
Analytics & Insights
- Track performance across platforms and use data to optimize content and strategy.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (plus launch recaps).
- Stay tapped into social trends, competitor activity, and innovative cross-industry moments—and bring ideas back to the team.
Community Building
- Lead community outreach initiatives and engagement strategies.
- Manage DMs and comments with thoughtfulness, speed, and personality.
- Actively engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and joining conversations.
- Build relationships with our most passionate fans and create “surprise & delight” moments.
- Help turn online engagement into IRL experiences alongside marketing and influencer teams.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles.
- A self-starter mindset with serious attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills and creative instincts—you know what’s on-brand and on-trend.
- Comfort with data and analytics, plus the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners or creators.
- A deep love for social media, pop culture, and digital communities.
- A relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
- Content creation and editing experience is a major plus.
- Digitally Native Brand experience
