About JADE Swim

JADE Swim is a luxury swimwear brand known for clean silhouettes, elevated details, and timeless design. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend-aware intern who loves branding, marketing, and design — and is excited to learn what it actually takes to grow a premium e-commerce brand.

This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts creative + analytical and wants hands-on experience across graphic design, email marketing, customer targeting, digital ads, PR, and brand strategy.

What You’ll Work On (Real Projects)

Graphic Design + Content Creation

• Design polished assets for email campaigns, website updates, ads, and social
• Support product launch creative (new drops, seasonal collections, promotions)
• Create on-brand content templates (Canva + Adobe formats)

Email Marketing + Campaign Support

• Help build and schedule email campaigns (ex: Klaviyo)
• Support weekly email planning: launch emails, flows, A/B tests, segmentation
• Pull inspiration + references for high-performing e-commerce email design

Customer Targeting + Growth Marketing

• Help segment customer groups (VIPs, first-time buyers, high intent browsers)
• Assist with simple reporting: click-through rates, conversions, top products
• Support campaigns that increase repeat purchase and retention

Digital Ads Support

• Assist with creative testing for paid ads (Meta/Instagram)
• Help organize ad creative libraries and performance notes
• Research competitor ad trends + what’s working in luxury fashion/swim

PR + Branding

• Help build and maintain an influencer/press outreach list
• Support gifting outreach + brand partnership ideas
• Keep brand messaging consistent across all touchpoints

• Excited to learn and take initiative (we move fast)

• Canva (required)
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (nice to have)

• Meta Ads Manager familiarity (nice to have)
• Copywriting skills (subject lines + product descriptions)
• Basic understanding of Shopify/e-commerce (helpful)
