Overview The Manager, Integrated Strategy serves as a key architect of integrated creator strategy for select Luxury/Prestige Brand Client(s). Internally, the Manager will collaborate with the VP, Integrated Strategy, and their Divisional Lead on building out brand-level integrated influencer strategies, and successfully managing day-to-day relationships with the Client Brand Lead(s)s. Externally, the Manager will become a trusted strategic advisor for the Client Brand Lead(s) in driving efficiencies and maximizing value from Paid Creator and the larger Advocacy & Influence (A&I) ecosystem.
This NYC-based role brings together overall brand vision, creator and campaign management, creative, data and reporting-and has a firm understanding of how creator/influencer marketing complements and works alongside key marketing channels in the mix, such as paid media, PR/earned, and affiliate. By tapping into your platform and creator expertise, along with strong account management experience, you’ll co-lead strategic A&I planning, help oversee day-to-day execution with the integrated team, and ensure every initiative ties back to measurable business goals and outcomes.
Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the point of contact for the Brand Client(s) across creator marketing programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
- Provide exceptional client service, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and delivering a white-glove experience that builds long-term trust.
- Partner with Brand Client Lead(s), their teams, and key stakeholders to influence strategic direction, and help drive strategic A&I planning and client briefs alongside Creator Management & Relations, Creative, and Data & Reporting on the Onefluential side.
- Oversee various workstreams, ensuring excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Translate brand priorities into actionable creator-first strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and guide integrated creator strategy including creator mix, platform approach, content direction, and best practices.
- Translate reporting outputs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, connecting creator performance to business KPIs.
- Provide forward-looking, data-informed recommendations to continuously evolve creator strategy.
- Maintain expert understanding of the creator and cultural landscapes, beauty space.
- Partner with the VP, Integrated Strategy and the Division Lead on ensuring executional and strategic excellence for your Brand(s) and across the division (with your fellow Integrated Strategists), as well as proactive sharing and collaboration with peers to consistently evolve and optimize integrated creator strategy and agency thought-leadership.
- This role is NYC-based and will require in-person meetings with Clients (at Hudson Yards) 1-2 times per week (on average); can be flexible and will work with Division Lead on parameters and cadence.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring:
- 5-7+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy and/or digital strategy, preferably with 1-2+ years of luxury/prestige brands experience.
- Solid understanding of creator/influencer ecosystems, social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and emerging trends.
- Hands-on experience with platforms as it relates to:
- Influencer/Creator Marketing (Captiv8, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tagger, etc.)
- Social Media Management/Listening (Sprinklr, Sprout, Talkwalker, Buffer, etc.)
- Analytics & Insights (Power BI, Tableau, Infegy, Comscore/ Shareablee, Demographics Pro, etc.)
- Proven success translating marketing objectives into influencer/creator programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, trusted by clients, respected by creators, and collaborative with peers.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage fast-moving workstreams.
- Passion for luxury beauty and culture, and the creators who move them both forward.
- A desire to flex your current skillset, and an innate curiosity to learn new skills and disciplines on the job.
You’re An Ideal Fit If
- You have Influencer/Creator Marketing and IAT/Integrated Marketing experience, and are adept at bringing Creative and Data together in innovative ways.
- Aside from Influencer/Creator and Social Media Marketing, you have experience in (or closely collaborating with) at least 1-2 of the following fields: Paid Media, Public Relations/Communications, Affiliate Marketing, eCommerce, Research & Analytics, Brand Strategy, Audience Strategy/CRM, and Emerging Media & Technology.

You want to play a key role in defining what influence looks like today, building programs that drive not just awareness, but authentic connection and brand advocacy.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
