Blender Brands is a growing hospitality group behind several restaurant, bar, and lifestyle concepts across North Texas. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join us on an initial 3-month contract , with a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands hospitality culture, and knows how to turn great ideas into real-world execution.
What You’ll Do
Social Media (Paid & Owned)
- Manage owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, etc.) across multiple brands
- Plan, create, and schedule content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and brand voice
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams
Branding & Creative Execution
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints
- Lead menu updates, seasonal rollouts, and new concept launches from a marketing perspective
- Oversee creative assets including menus, signage, flyers, digital ads, and in-store collateral
- Ensure consistency across physical locations and digital platforms
Events & Promotions
- Plan and promote in-house events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives
- Coordinate event marketing timelines, content, and promotional strategy
- Work closely with operations to ensure marketing aligns with in-store execution
Strategy, Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance across campaigns and channels
- Use data to refine messaging, content, and spend
- Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels
Contract Structure
- Initial 3-month contract position
- High likelihood of full-time conversion based on performance, cultural fit, and business growth
- Ideal for candidates looking to prove impact quickly and grow into a long-term role
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and paid advertising
- Design and content editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a bias toward execution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, ownership, and vendors
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points
- Experience with restaurant or bar openings
- Influencer marketing or community partnership experience
- Photography/Videography skills
- Local market knowledge of Dallas / Plano
