What you will be doing:
Influencer Campaign Strategy
Lead influencer marketing programs for top brands within a major holding company.
Develop creator strategies aligned to brand goals, platforms, and audiences.
Guide creators and clients on content direction, storytelling, and performance.
Creator & Client Collaboration
Serve as the strategic bridge between brands, agencies, and creators.
Manage creator relationships, briefs, feedback loops, and approvals.
Ensure brand safety, creative excellence, and consistency across campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Oversee campaign execution from kickoff through reporting.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns in-flight when needed.
Deliver clear insights and post-campaign learnings to clients.
Growth & Partnership Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand influencer programs across brands and verticals.
Support upsell conversations through strong execution and results.
Act as a trusted partner within a holding company ecosystem.
Your skills and experience:
4–6+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience running influencer campaigns at scale.
Agency, brand, or platform-side influencer experience required.
Strong creative instincts and comfort advising on content strategy.
Familiarity with SaaS or influencer platforms is a plus.
Benefits:
Expected salary range is $85,000-$110,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
