OVERVIEW :
FANATEC is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager USA to join our passionate marketing team of sim racing experts. The Marketing Manager USA will lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for Fanatec in the United States, driving impactful campaigns and consistent brand messaging tailored to the US market. This role will serve as a key operational and strategic partner within the marketing department, bridging US initiatives with global marketing efforts. The position reports directly to the Director Marketing and collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager EMEA/Global to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
US Market Leadership
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and campaigns in the US and Canada
- Tailor messaging, asset delivery, and activation strategies for the US audience.
- Align US marketing activities with global brand strategy and guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as liaison with US retail and event partners (e.g., Micro Center, Best Buy, motorsport events).
- Coordinate with sales, social media, web, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Support US-specific activations and localization efforts.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the creative, social media, and influencer teams to drive US campaign success.
- Foster smooth collaboration and clear communication between US and global marketing Teams.
- Mentor and support US-based marketing staff as the team grows.
- Interact with the local marketing teams of other BUs within Corsair.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Marketing, contributing to budget planning and resource allocation for the US market.
- Supporting eCommerce and UX teams by providing US market insights and localization guidance for merchandising, product pages, and promotional strategies—helping ensure online content and offers resonate with US customers.
- Help define and implement scalable marketing processes for the US region.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Localization & Regional Support
- Adapt global content and campaigns for US relevance, including geo-specific messaging and activations.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager EMEA/RoW and other regional leads to ensure best practices and market alignment.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or demonstrable alternative experience.
- 5+ years of end-to-end marketing experience in gaming, motorsport, or consumer tech with proven US market ownership
- Track record of leading US go‑to‑market plans (launch calendars, promotions, retail activations, creator/influencer programs).
- Must be located in the United States; work authorization in the US required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills and Competencies
- Passion for motorsport (e.g., NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula 1, WEC, WRC) and/or sim racing titles (e.g., iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Gran Turismo, Forza Motorsport).
- Competence with affiliate/influencer marketing and community‑aligned activations that build trust and advocacy.
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration—comfortable coordinating with sales, retail partners, web, social, and operations.
- Willingness to travel within the USA to meet partners and customers in person
- Highly organized self‑starter who brings well‑reasoned ideas, backed by facts and performance data; thrives in fast, iterative environments.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports to: Director Marketing — provides weekly performance and insights, owns US calendar and budget planning
- Dotted line to: Marketing Manager EMEA/Global — ensures alignment with global processes, brand guidelines, and knowledge sharing.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $90,000—$145,000 USD
