Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and drive both organic engagement and paid advertising performance across key platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be an internet-native communicator who can develop compelling content, analyze performance data, and manage targeted ad campaigns to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, and videos, especially short-form vertical video for TikTok/Reels) that is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager to drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely and authentic manner to foster a strong online community and brand loyalty.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPM, and ROAS. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report performance to stakeholders.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce (if applicable) teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and strong working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid social media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Conversion API), and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creative, on-brand copywriting.
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) for creating engaging visuals and videos.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Meta Media Buying Professional Certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or user-generated content initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
