Overview
This role is for a fast-moving, highly capable content producer who thrives in momentum. You will be responsible for creating a lot of social media content—quickly, cleanly, and on-brand—across hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential brands.
This is not a “perfect caption” job. This is a speed + taste + judgment job.
You should be excited by volume, energized by variety, and confident working alongside ChatGPT and other AI tools to move fast—while still knowing how to spot what sounds robotic, off-tone, or sloppy.
You are ambitious, self-directed, and eager to jump into projects without being asked twice.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation (Primary)
- Rapidly design on-trend social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
Short-Form Video & Reels
- Capture iPhone-quality video and B-roll.
- Create Instagram Reels using in-app tools, CapCut, or similar mobile editors.
- Understand pacing, hooks, trending audio, and what actually performs.
- Bonus: photography or advanced video skills, but not required.
Photoshoots & On-Location Content
- Travel to Austin for photoshoots and content days (required).
- Assist on shoots: capturing BTS, iPhone content, Reels, Stories.
- Be outgoing, confident, and communicative with clients, models, and teams.
- Know how to hype a moment without being awkward or intrusive.
- Produce high-volume Instagram content (static, carousel, Reels, Stories).
- Generate captions efficiently using AI tools, then edit for clarity, tone, and human voice.
- Maintain brand voice across many different clients without blending them together.
- Spot errors quickly (grammar, tone, visual inconsistencies) and correct them instinctively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, social listening tools, Google Analytics, Web analytics, and keyword research techniques.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including public relations and e-commerce divisions.
- Passion for digital marketing trends such as influencer outreach, relationship management, branding strategies, and social media marketing innovations. Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
