Role Overview
Transcend is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and scale all marketing functions across the business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
The Director of Marketing will own marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, including demand generation, paid and organic media, content, influencer and affiliate marketing, and close alignment with sales performance. This individual will work directly with the CEO to establish growth targets, translate company objectives into executable marketing plans, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
This role requires a deep understanding of DTC wellness and telehealth, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to operate in a regulated environment while still moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Transcend’s overall marketing strategy across digital, social, paid media, influencer/affiliate, and content channels
Partner closely with the CEO to set growth targets, forecast demand, and align marketing strategy with revenue and sales goals
Lead and optimize paid acquisition channels, including social, search, and emerging platforms, with a clear focus on CAC, LTV, and ROI
Build and scale influencer, affiliate, and partner programs that drive qualified demand and long-term brand equity
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to accelerate customer acquisition, creative testing, personalization, and retention
Oversee content strategy across owned and earned channels, ensuring consistent messaging, compliance, and brand voice
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and execution
Establish reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness and continuously improve results
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience leading marketing and/or sales organizations within DTC wellness, longevity, HRT, peptides, or human performance
(Candidates from aesthetics, beauty, or skincare backgrounds will not be considered.)
Demonstrated success scaling revenue in a DTC or telehealth environment with measurable results
Expert-level proficiency using AI-driven marketing, growth, and automation tools for both paid and organic acquisition
Strong background in sales management and sales operations, with a clear understanding of funnel performance and conversion optimization
Deep experience with social media marketing, influencer and affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships
Ability to operate effectively in regulated environments and work closely with legal and compliance teams
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Competitive base salary ($125,000–$150,000)
