Peta Jane Beauty is a self-tanning brand founded by Dancing With the Stars pro dancer Peta Murgatroyd. We make easy-to-use self-tan products with a focus on strong results, repeat customers, and creator-led growth across TikTok and affiliate channels. We’re a small, fast-moving team scaling quickly and looking for people who are organized, proactive, and excited to build.

Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of our affiliate programs across TikTok (Affiliates + TikTok Shop) and Shopify Collabs/Superaffiliate
• Recruit and approve affiliates (inbound/outbound outreach + application reviews)
• Run seeding end-to-end (selection criteria, product allocation, follow-ups, “post-by” nudges)
• Build and manage affiliate tiers (New / Active / Top Performers) and nurture top creators via Discord
• Activate affiliates through EUKA onboarding flows (talking points, posting prompts, offer calendar) to drive consistent posting volume + quality
• Run incentives to increase output (monthly challenges, bonuses, gifting, tier perks)
• Support paid media testing by collecting Spark codes + usage permissions, logging accurately, routing assets into ad folders, and flagging top-performing content
• Maintain clean tracking + affiliate support (links/codes, nudges, follow-ups, product refills)
• Deliver weekly performance reporting + insights across TikTok and Shopify programs
• Monitor TikTok Shop health (violations/score) and submit disputes/appeals when needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or performance marketing operations
• Strong operational skills: tracking sheets, workflows, follow-ups, documentation, and process hygiene
• Comfortable working in creator ecosystems (TikTok in particular) and communicating fast + clearly
• Experience with: TikTok affiliates/Spark codes, Shopify Collabs, affiliate platforms, and basic reporting
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and can manage many moving pieces

What We Offer:

• Salary range (NYC): $85,000 – $115,000 (based on experience)
