Assistant Director of Marketing

Overview
The School House is changing the country's view of Education and we need engaging, spot-on content and marketing development that will elevate our mission. That's where you come in. You must be a massive Team player, enjoy cookies baked by kids, have serious professional skills (no 28 personal days a year please), and have a growth mindset-we are all about joy, energy, and making the lives of 0-12 year olds better.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Website, Email)
• Develop influencer-style short-form content that authentically showcases TSH life, events, and milestones
• Support enrollment, fundraising, and community-building initiatives through digital marketing campaigns
• Photograph and film school activities (following all student privacy and consent guidelines)
• Monitor engagement and analytics to refine content strategy
• Respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with HQ and Marketing Team to ensure content aligns with school values and goals
• Stay up to date on digital trends and best practices relevant to Education and Nonprofit Organizations
• Direct work with Founder and TSH Principal to continue TSH growth across all digital platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and social media management
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, short-form video, basic photo/video editing)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
• Understanding of influencer-style storytelling and community-based marketing in an Educational setting
• Highly organized
• Forward thinking mindset
