The American Dairy Association Mideast is hiring a full-time Marketing Communications Manager. This position is based in Columbus, Ohio and includes a mix of in-office and remote work.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Contribute to content development for ADA Mideast’s owned media channels to ensure priority health and wellness messages and core thematics are consistently integrated.
- Collaborate with ADA Mideast staff to translate dairy nutrition science and responsible production practices into compelling, consumer-friendly content tailored across multiple communication platforms.
- Manage ADA Mideast’s owned media channels, reinforcing dairy’s broader health and wellness benefits and sustainable nutrition story.
- Provide communications support to ADA Mideast staff to ensure message accuracy and brand compliance.
- Monitor performance metrics across owned media channels to evaluate effectiveness, inform optimization and support continuous improvement.
- Support crisis communication plan.
- Contribute to the development and execution of in-market activations and campaigns that engage and build relevance with priority audiences.
- Assist in managing partner and influencer relationships and collaborative activations.
- Collaborate with agency partners to support content development, campaign execution and activation efforts.
- Provide communications expertise to and collaborate with ADA Mideast staff to ensure the integration of priority health and wellness messages and effective marketing strategies.
- Evaluate campaign and activation performance using established metrics to assess impact, inform future efforts and demonstrate results.
- Perform other projects assigned by the SVP, Communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Marketing Communications Manager will be a mature leader with at least 5-7 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with demonstrated responsibility for content development and channel management.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field from an accredited college or university.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
