Job Overview
This intern supports the marketing and branding team by creating engaging, visually compelling content across major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok. They assist in producing multimedia assets such as graphics, short-form videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express.
The intern helps manage content scheduling and publishing through platforms like Buffer, while collaborating with the team to maintain consistent branding across all digital channels. They also assist with community engagement by interacting with followers, supporting influencer outreach, and helping manage partnerships to ensure smooth collaboration processes.
With strong written communication skills, the intern proofreads all content prior to publishing to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, basic design and video editing experience, and an interest in digital marketing and brand building. Cantonese language skills are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
- Support the production of multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools such as Buffer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Assist with community engagement by interacting with followers and supporting relationships with influencers and partners.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality standards prior to publishing.
- Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations and help coordinate campaigns to ensure smooth execution.
Experience & Skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing preferred.
- Experience with photography and/or video editing is an asset.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and speak Cantonese is preferred but not required.
