About the Role

Ameda is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist. In this in-office role, you'll play a key role in shaping Ameda’s online presence and digital voice across platforms. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive engagement, grow our community, and support broader company goals through compelling content and campaign execution.

Your Impact

As the Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and manage content calendars and campaigns that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and company objectives
  • Create engaging, on-brand content that builds awareness, drives community interaction, and supports product education
  • Support the marketing team by executing a range of marketing-related tasks and contributing to the successful implementation of initiatives, campaigns and events

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting content for print and digital media communications, press releases, presentations, and other materials
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and follower base
  • Create and manage a dynamic content calendar across platforms
  • Produce original content including graphics, videos, photography, and captions with a strong brand voice
  • Monitor platform performance, engagement metrics, and trends to optimize content and strategy
  • Help maintain the organization’s website by uploading and updating content as directed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with product launches, partnerships, promotions, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with content creators and manage influencer campaigns through Later to drive brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Manage and report on paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Interact with followers to build community, answer questions, and foster brand loyalty
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visual branding across all digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in parenting, breastfeeding, and digital marketing

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts and content marketing for a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a passion for connecting with audiences
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout, etc.) and graphic design platforms (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media and campaign performance tracking
  • Comfortable producing and editing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels)
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze social performance data and translate into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
  • Lactation or mother/baby experience preferred but not required

Salary: $60,000-$65,000
