<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of website design, Canva, Wordpress, all social media platforms, and META ads.
  • Responsible for providing data of what works and what doesn't work and crafting strategies based on the direction of the owner of the company.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing tactics.
  • Optimize content for SEO by integrating relevant keywords through keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Design eye-catching visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance branding efforts.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts.
  • Track campaign success with web analytics tools; prepare reports that highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating compelling product visuals and promotional content that drive online sales.
  • Create reports as needed.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website design, canvas, Wordpress, social media, META ads, and data and how to present it.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram Meta Advertising and other digital advertising platforms to execute targeted campaigns effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills to collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams seamlessly.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to proofreading and content refinement.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
