Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Growth & Monetization Lead to develop and execute strategies that expand reach, increase engagement, and—most importantly—drive measurable revenue across a multi-brand ecosystem that includes Eagle Eye Farm, All Things Sheared, and the personal brand of Kerri Harting.
This is not a content-only role. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and paid social, and is equally comfortable executing and analyzing performance. This role owns growth outcomes, not just activity.
Key Responsibilities - Growth Strategy & Analytics (Core Focus)
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies focused on growth, engagement, and monetization
- Analyze backend performance metrics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email, and e-commerce platforms
- Identify trends, diagnose performance drops, and adjust strategy quickly
- Track and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue attribution
Content Creation & Execution (Hands-On Required)
- Create and manage compelling content including short-form video, photography, and graphics
- Personally post and manage daily content (reels, stories, captions)
- Test hooks, formats, CTAs, and platforms to identify what converts
- Ensure brand consistency, voice, and messaging across all digital channels
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and alignment prior to publishing
Paid Social & Monetization
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads and other platforms)
- Understand and track ROAS, CAC, and conversion funnels
- Turn high-performing organic content into paid campaigns
- Support e-commerce initiatives by aligning social strategy with online sales goals
- Assist with brand partnerships, influencer outreach, and collaboration opportunities
Community & Brand Engagement
- Engage with followers, partners, and collaborators to foster authentic community growth
- Support PR initiatives and ensure cohesive brand storytelling across platforms
- Conduct social listening and trend analysis to stay ahead of audience interests
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with internal teams and content support (interns or contractors)
- Provide direction and feedback while remaining hands-on and execution-focused
- Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to the social media function
Success in This Role Will Be Measured By
- Growth in reach, followers, and engagement
- Increased traffic and conversions from social media
- Revenue directly attributed to social media efforts
- Clear insights into what content and campaigns drive results
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in social media growth, digital marketing, or brand monetization
- Demonstrated success growing at least one brand or account (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and optimization
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager or similar)
- Hands-on content creation skills (video, photography, graphics)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and creative software (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO, social listening, influencer outreach, and e-commerce integration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site creative environment (including filming with animals and live events)
