We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Brand Growth Coordinator to help scale a fast-growing jewelry and lifestyle brand with a strong social-impact mission.

This is a modern digital marketing role, not retail or admin. You’ll help grow our audience, monetize social media, build collaborations, and turn content into revenue.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Growth

  • Plan, film, edit, and post TikToks, Reels, and Shorts
  • Identify trends, viral formats, and growth opportunities
  • Track performance and adjust content to maximize engagement
  • Leverage both organic and paid ads across social platforms to expand followers, traffic, and conversions

Affiliate, Influencer & Monetization

  • Set up and manage affiliate programs (Shopify Collabs, LTK, Amazon, etc.)
  • Recruit influencers and creators to promote our products
  • Track links, conversions, and commission performance

Collaborations & Outreach

  • Research aligned brands, creators, and communities
  • Proactively reach out to potential collaborators, media, and partners
  • Manage ongoing relationships and campaign execution

Website & SEO Optimization

  • Update and optimize our Squarespace website
  • Improve SEO, product descriptions, and conversion flow
  • Build landing pages for promotions, drops, and campaigns

Trend & Market Research

  • Monitor trending sounds, hashtags, creators, and product styles
  • Track competitor strategies and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Recommend new content ideas, partnerships, and products

Events & Brand Representation

  • Attend pop-ups, markets, and content shoots
  • Assist with booth setup, inventory, and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Strong research skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Willingness to reach out, pitch ideas, and build relationships
  • Organized, proactive, and focused on results
  • Comfortable working in public-facing brand and event settings
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Experience in some of the areas above is required, and a strong willingness to work hard and learn the remaining skills is essential
