Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to our sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and close deals. Minimum 2-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilize effective communication techniques to engage customers and identify their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or software sales.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
  • Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
  • Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Track trends and adapt content to improve reach and engagement

Content Creation

  • Design graphics, short videos, and promotional content (or coordinate with designers)
  • Repurpose content for multiple platforms
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, targeting, and creatives
  • A/B test ads to improve conversion rates

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (product launches, promotions, events)
  • Collaborate with sales or leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Manage email marketing or SMS campaigns (if applicable)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, and conversions
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Use insights to improve future campaigns

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
  • Monitor online presence and brand mentions
  • Manage influencer or partnership outreach (if applicable)

Administrative & Coordination

  • Manage content calendars and marketing timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or agencies
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and marketing best practices
