Location:  Remote (US preferred)

Role Summary

AtlasNova is an AI operating system for multi-location F&B businesses, offering  AI CMO + AI COO  capabilities (campaign full-loop automation, review management, and operational optimization).

We’re looking for a senior industry insider who can  open doors —someone who has been in the F&B ecosystem long enough to  introduce us directly to decision makers  (Owners, CEOs, COOs, CMOs, Ops Directors, Franchise leadership).

This role is not “business development activity.” It’s  access + trust + warm intros .

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm introductions to qualified F&B decision makers and/or influencer partners (POS resellers, franchise consultants, ops consultants, agencies)
  • Help position AtlasNova with credibility (why this matters, what problems we solve)
  • Optional: join 1–2 calls per week to help “close the room” and accelerate pilots
  • Share market feedback on objections, pricing sensitivity, and competitor landscape

What Counts as a “Qualified Intro”

To avoid wasted time, an intro is qualified only if:

  • Target fits ICP (multi-location / franchise F&B)
  • Intro is to a true decision maker or direct budget owner
  • They agree to a discovery call within 14 days
  • Basic pain + interest is confirmed (marketing performance, reviews, labor/ops, multi-location execution)

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in F&B ecosystem (operators, franchising, POS/payments, restaurant tech, consulting, agencies, distribution)
  • You can reach decision makers fast and your intros convert
  • You protect your reputation: you only introduce real solutions
  • You’re comfortable with performance-based compensation tied to outcomes

Compensation (Outcome-Based)

We pay for  qualified introductions and closed outcomes , not “time.”

Example structure (we can tailor):

  • $ per qualified intro  (completed discovery call with ICP + decision maker)
  • $ bonus per pilot started
  • % commission  on closed subscription / rollout (optional for bigger upside)
