Who This Role Is For
You don’t need 10+ years as a restaurant exec to succeed here.
This role is great for people who already have access to F&B decision makers through any of these paths:
- Restaurant operators / multi-location owners (current or former)
- Franchise community / franchising services
- POS/payments ecosystem (Toast/Square/Clover partners, resellers, integrators)
- Restaurant marketing agencies / social media agencies
- Yelp/Google/Meta/Delivery platform ecosystem
- Restaurant consultants (ops, marketing, finance), fractional COOs/CMOs
- Food distributors, landlords, brokers who know operator groups
- Community builders (F&B groups, WhatsApp/WeChat groups, local associations)
- Ex-SaaS/BDR/AE who sold into restaurants and still have relationships
If you can reliably get us in front of the right people , we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Make warm introductions to qualified decision makers in mid-size / franchise F&B (typically 5–200+ locations)
- Introduce us to “influencer partners” that can bring multiple operators (agencies, consultants, POS channels)
- Help us earn trust quickly (why AtlasNova, why now)
- Optional: join 1–2 calls/week to help us convert intros into pilots
What Counts as a “Qualified Intro” (So Nobody Wastes Time)
A qualified intro must meet all of these:
- Company fits target (multi-location / franchise F&B or clear path to many operators)
- Intro is to a decision maker (Owner/CEO/COO/CMO/Ops Lead) or the person who directly controls vendor selection
- They agree to a discovery call within 14 days
- There’s a real pain area (marketing ROI, reviews, ops execution, labor, multi-location consistency)
