Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to manage our online presence and support marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for content creation, social media management, brand consistency, executing marketing campaigns, and helping drive engagement awareness, and sales.

This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools to elevate our company's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
  • Write engaging caption aligned with brand voice.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
  • Track trends and suggest new content ideas.

Content Creation

  • Capture and edit photos and videos (reels, post, stories)
  • Collaborate with team members for promotions, and special events. BRING IDEAS
  • Maintain a cohesive visual and brand identity.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events
  • Support the team with ideas of promotions, launches, and campaigns
  • Mantain the brand visible

Reporting

  • Track social media performance
  • Use insights to improve future content and campaign
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts and campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to increase reach and conversions.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing tasks.
  • Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective relationship management techniques.
  • Oversee public relations initiatives to promote positive brand awareness.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding initiatives and e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
  • Ability to develop effective Facebook Advertising campaigns and manage paid promotions.
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and content refinement.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management techniques.
