Overview of the job

As the Senior Account Executive, you will be working within the Client Services team. In this exciting role you will be working directly with some of our most high profile clients and social platforms. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators, bringing the best client service to our clients.

Measures of success –

In the first few months, you would have:

  • Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure.
  • Familiarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes.
  • Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, and Waves.
  • Established creator comms understanding: Identify creators, contact/negotiate with them, and onboard them to Waves.
  • Creator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaigns.
  • Initiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support with the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, adding value to the client's experience
  • Working closely with sales and client services teams across key platform partners
  • Responsible for building, vetting, sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting creator briefings, and negotiations and guiding content creation
  • Support the wider team team with strategic creator research and outreach
  • Be a strong point of contact for brand partners
  • Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator payments
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders on influencer marketing activations to discuss content, and creators
  • Work on PCA's with senior team members to ensure we exceed client expectations

What you will need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally with TikTok (including badged partner experience and managing UGC/micro-creators).
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of creators/content and run multiple fast-paced campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident client-facing skills with experience managing expectations, relationships, and API/platform partnerships (a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communicator with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Positive, proactive team player who builds strong internal/external relationships and stays calm under pressure.
