Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead integrated marketing projects across brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, new media activations, and large-scale pop-up events. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with clients, creative teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing projects, including brand campaigns, influencer programs, PR initiatives, digital activations, and live events.
  • Coordinate brand communications and media outreach to ensure message consistency and brand visibility.
  • Manage pop-up events, exhibitions, and conferences across major cities — overseeing on-site logistics and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media, and brand partners.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Manage client communications throughout all project stages from brief to execution and reporting — ensuring clarity, alignment, and trust.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, providing transparent reporting and cost optimization where needed.
  • Prepare proposals, client presentations, event reports, and performance analyses.
  • Monitor market and social trends to identify creative and strategic opportunities.
  • Travel to domestic and international cities for on-site project supervision and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in integrated marketing, PR, or event project management.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, event operations, and media communication.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Passion for cross-cultural collaboration and travel-intensive, hands-on environments.
