Marketing + Social Media Manager

Plum + Sparrow is a beloved modern mama + baby lifestyle brand known for our stylish and functional essentials. We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Social Media + Creative

• Plan and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand static and dynamic content including reels, photos, stories, and short-form videos.
• Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations & outreach.
• Support creative production and assist with photo + video shoots.

Digital Marketing Oversight

• Oversee and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.).
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and provide regular KPI reports.
• Manage email and SMS marketing, including planning sends, writing copy, and building campaigns.
• Maintain cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Events + Community

• Coordinate, plan, and support in-person events, pop-ups, brand activations, and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure all event experiences and materials align with the Plum + Sparrow brand.

Research + Strategy

• Track analytics and make recommendations based on performance and trends.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and creative opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team on product launches, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with paid ads, email marketing, and text (SMS) marketing
• Strong creative eye with an ability to concept, create, and execute compelling content
• Knowledge of analytics, KPIs, and performance optimization across platforms
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, flexible work environment
