The Marketing Team Member plays a key role in shaping the visual and digital presence of Bingsu Tea. This position combines creativity and strategy to tell our brand story through engaging photos, videos, and designs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetic storytelling, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys creating content that captures the fun, cozy, and craft-inspired spirit of Bingsu Tea.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to promote seasonal menus, events, and store updates.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style aligned with Bingsu Tea’s identity.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, views) to guide future content strategies.

Photography & Videography

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of drinks, desserts, and in-store experiences for marketing use.
  • Edit and optimize visual content for various formats (Reels, Stories, website banners, etc.).
  • Coordinate photo/video sessions during new product launches or events.

Graphic Design

  • Design promotional materials including posters, digital banners, menus, and packaging concepts.
  • Work with management to create seasonal campaigns, gift card promotions, and merchandise visuals.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines for color, typography, and layout consistency.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the manager and team to brainstorm creative campaigns and ideas.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as influencer partnerships, collaborations, and local events.
  • Maintain a library of digital assets (photos, videos, templates) for future use.

Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, or design.
  • Skilled in photography/videography and basic editing (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with current social media trends and platform algorithms.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience managing small business or café social media accounts.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and brand storytelling.

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
