We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of creator and influencer programs across social, digital marketing, brand, and paid media channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring influencer campaigns, activations, and brand moments run smoothly, on time, and to standard.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone eager to grow their career in influencer, social, and creator marketing . You’ll support day-to-day coordination, logistics, asset management, and reporting while collaborating closely with internal teams and external creators in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of influencer and content creator initiatives across social, digital, brand, and paid media channels
- Coordinate influencer logistics and workflows, including onboarding, schedules, itineraries, access needs, and experience alignment
- Assist with creative operations such as briefs, content guidelines, timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and final asset delivery
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for influencers, supporting communication around logistics, timelines, and expectations
- Set up and manage affiliate links, tracking URLs, and influencer perks, ensuring accuracy and documentation
- Track deliverables, posting schedules, and live content to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time
- Review and quality-check influencer content for brand alignment, accessibility standards, and platform best practices
- Support performance tracking and reporting using platform analytics and dashboards
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns by maintaining timelines, checklists, trackers, and documentation
- Maintain organized influencer asset libraries, including usage rights and version control
- Partner cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Paid Media, and other teams to support smooth campaign execution
- Contribute to improving influencer workflows, templates, and processes
- Support pre-campaign communications to influencers, ensuring aligned messaging across teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content coordination, or digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and Pinterest
- Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a desire to grow in influencer marketing
