INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our social team!
This is a long-term on-going contract role.
We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Local candidates only please.
Our ideal candidate will have a mix of traditional and social experience.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day client and partner communication to set expectations, track budgets and contribute to overall business development. Organizational and collaborative skills are key to translate client assignments into actionable tasks, and eventually delivered projects. To do this you will be directly interfacing with Creative, Strategy and Production departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments with our client
Organize project timelines, production & media budgets, and team workflow delegation
Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery, production, strategy, campaign analytics & reporting
Manage finance process on the agency and client-side
Facilitate internal creative development, including kick-offs, input briefs, meeting facilitation, contact reports, client feedback, product & legal reviews
Coordinate with internal production and Client’s production auditing firm to vet all production projects
Maintain project status documents and hold check-ins to gauge progress
Enthusiastically represent the team to clients and partners
Manage client expectations
Advocate for clients when needed to ensure brand expectations are considered through campaign development process
Oversee dedicated Account Executive
Manage & oversee Influencer & Creator campaigns
Collaborate with strategy team to facilitate analytics & reporting process refinements
Stay up to date with current social media industry trends & platform updates to contribute to overall campaign success EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of Account Management experience
Automotive advertising/digital marketing highly preferred
Experience in traditional and social media
Ability to think strategically
Ability to mentor and guide your direct report
Social media marketing experience within an agency or in-house setting is a plus
Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams
Maintain a level-head with sound judgment in what can be a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable in MS software (Word, Power Point, and Excel), Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter & YouTube

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
