Job Summary:
This role offers the opportunity to shape influencer marketing strategy for one of the world's most prominent e-commerce platforms during its most critical selling periods. You will orchestrate high-stakes campaigns that connect top-tier content creators with strategic sellers, driving meaningful revenue impact while enabling influencer monetization at scale. Working at the intersection of entertainment, commerce, and digital marketing, you will curate product selections across diverse categories, negotiate partnerships with macro influencers and celebrity talent, and develop scalable systems that amplify campaign performance. This position demands a strategic thinker who can balance immediate execution with long-term automation initiatives, all while maintaining an unwavering focus on customer experience and creator success.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, contract, and negotiate high-impact campaigns with top-tier influencers across Beauty, Fashion, Home, and Lifestyle categories
- Curate compelling product selections spanning all categories including Consumables, Hardlines, and Softlines for seasonal moments and deal events, ensuring optimal audience relevance and engagement
- Test, iterate, and scale winning content and campaign strategies across organic and paid channels including TikTok and Instagram to drive exceptional traffic, ROI, and influencer earnings
- Establish robust feedback loops between influencers and brand recruitment teams to align selection with emerging trends and creator preferences
- Maintain accurate campaign forecasts, budgets, and payment processing
- Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insights to leadership
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key sellers and influencer partners
- Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business, finance, legal, data, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and program scalability
Skills:
