The Business Marketing Manager located in Coral Gables, FL, is the regional leader responsible for ensuring the effective local execution of marketing strategies across the Americas markets. This role oversees a team of Marketing Coordinators, each managing a specific market (USA, Canada, LATAM, Brazil), and ensures alignment, efficiency, and consistency in the execution of HQ-driven strategies and initiatives.
As the head of local marketing implementation, the Business Marketing Manager will ensure that all plans, campaigns, and projects are executed correctly across the region, driving best practices, cross-market efficiencies, and timely delivery. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role includes direct execution oversight in two U.S. regions, ensuring hands-on support and market insights.
This role is key for alignment with HQ CNA Marketing teams, acting as the liaison between HQ strategy and local execution, ensuring KPIs, campaigns, and initiatives are effectively translated into actionable plans for each market.

Duties and responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 Marketing Coordinators across the Americas, ensuring each market is effectively executing marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategies and action plans and KPIS.
- Hold regular one-on-one and team meetings with coordinators to track progress, provide guidance, and ensure consistency and quality of execution.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets to generate efficiencies and best practices.
- Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and escalation of any execution challenges to HQ Marketing leadership.
Regional Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Ensure HQ CNA Marketing strategies, actions, and projects are effectively adapted and implemented in local markets.
- Serve as the main liaison between HQ Marketing teams and local markets, ensuring smooth communication, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Translate global marketing strategies into actionable local plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, standards, and activation across all markets.
- Oversee the Market Connection & Alignment activities performed by Marketing Coordinators, including: serving as the main marketing point of contact for their markets, coordinating regular calls with Regional Directors (RDs) and General Managers (GMs) to align on local needs, plans, and KPI performance, identifying business opportunities and challenges, delivering marketing support, tools, and activations, and ensuring alignment with HQ CNA and Global teams for proper adaptation and implementation of global strategies.
- Supervise the execution of local action plans by Marketing Coordinators, ensuring alignment with global business and brand goals. This includes overseeing regional needs, ensuring the development and execution of tools/resources across Trade, Digital Business, Loyalty,
- Retail, Digital & Content, and Events.
- Monitor retail development and execution in all markets, including key events, launches, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee and support the implementation of key programs such as Rockmasters, KB Influencer Program, and initiatives for Key Accounts.
- Ensure the development of market-specific marketing initiatives, including case studies, professional bios, and other localized content.
- Monitor and support coordinators in executing market-specific initiatives, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with overall objectives.
Hands-on Execution (U.S. Regions)
- Directly manage marketing execution in two U.S. regions, providing hands-on action for local campaigns, events, retail activations, and developing specific action plan for the region within marketing areas and KPIS (Retail, Trade, Digital, Content, Events, Key Projects and Brand partnerships) - As described in Regional Market implementation but specifically hands-on execution for two regions.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration between Retail, Trade, Digital & Content, Loyalty, Brand, and other marketing teams.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress, KPIs, and campaign results to HQ and local stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, risks, or opportunities across markets and propose solutions to improve execution efficiency and effectiveness. What you need to succeed
Education and/or work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- A master's degree is a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with regional or multi-market responsibility ideally in a regional or national role within the U.S. market.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and in matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of the U.S. retail or home/interior design sector is highly valued.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Americas region.

Wage Range:
The Starting salary for this position is between $105K - $115K + Potential Bonus Award based on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
Factors that may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Paid time off:
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
