Marketing Support Specialist

Job Duties

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly materialization reporting • Perform competitive benchmark studies • Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar. • Answer Sales & Marketing phone calls • Manage department invoices and receipts monthly with accounting. • Work with other departments in compiling client status reports and any relevant updates. • E-mail marketing (Thank you emails, Upgrade emails) • Help coordinate and meet & greet any group events, corporate events, FAM trips and social media influencers • Coordinate Social Media bookings and Follow ups • Spot check Social Media posts and comments and provide responses when necessary • Maintain Management Review responses and feedback emails and provide analysis report. • Assist with Content, Description, Rate updates across res systems and self-serve OTA’s. • Any other reasonable requests made by management.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and familiarity with a variety of computer programs and data formats

Requirements and Experience

Strong attention to detail. • Good analytical, interpretive, and critical thinking sills • Ability to work in a team environment. • Must be able to learn new technologies and effectively function with various tools and software we use and maintain. • Must be flexible and adaptable as marketing priorities change and work assignments can and will change periodically. • Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties.

Bonus Points

Experience in the hospitality field or marketing and yield is a plus.
