Fritz’s Adventure is now hiring a Marketing Manager for our location in The Colony, Texas. Fritz’s is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the park’s local marketing strategy, driving attendance, and maximizing community engagement. This role combines creative marketing leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing all advertising, promotions, partnerships, and public relations for the park.
The Marketing Manager also leads the Group Sales team, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns, group sales goals, and overall revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement Fritz’s local and regional marketing plan, focusing on guest acquisition, repeat visitation, and brand awareness.
Create and manage annual and seasonal promotional calendars that align with operational priorities.
Execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, and outdoor channels.
Develop creative assets and messaging consistent with brand standards and guest demographics.
Partner with the Revenue Manager and Operations team to create offers that drive attendance during off-peak times.
Manage relationships with local media, tourism boards, schools, and community partners.
Track ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Group Sales Leadership
Supervise and support the Group Sales team to achieve revenue and attendance goals for groups, schools, birthdays, and private events.
Collaborate with the Group Sales team to develop promotional materials, pricing packages, and event campaigns.
Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to ensure consistent sales performance.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for Group Sales team.
Community Engagement and Partnerships
Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and tourism partners to increase visibility and drive group traffic.
Represent the park at local events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Develop and coordinate sponsorships and cross-promotional opportunities with local businesses, sports teams, restaurants, hotels and attractions.
Content, Social Media and Digital Marketing
Oversee social media content planning and execution across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Coordinate photography, videography, and influencer partnerships to generate authentic, shareable content.
Collaborate on digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) with focus on cost-effective reach and conversions.
Maintain and update website content, events calendar, and online promotions.
Monitor online reputation (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor) and ensure timely, brand-consistent responses.
Administrative and Financial Management
Prepare monthly marketing and group sales performance reports for leadership review.
Track attendance, revenue trends, and campaign performance against KPIs.
Analyze demographic and geographic data to inform future targeting strategies.
Manage marketing and advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or group sales, preferably in attractions, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment.
Proven success developing and executing local marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and CRM systems.
Experience supervising and developing a small team.
Excellent communication, writing, and public presentation skills.
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Must be willing to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings for events and promotions.

Full-time, salaried year-round position.
Primarily office-based with regular presence in the park and at local events.
Occasional travel for meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
