a leading DC dispensary focused on premium products, education, and customer experience. We run a multi-account Instagram ecosystem and work with creators and local influencers. We’re hiring a growth-minded operator who can execute daily and scale performance through organic + influencer + paid ads.
The Role
You will run day-to-day social across multiple accounts, build creator relationships, and manage Meta ads (or coordinate them end-to-end). This is a KPI-driven role: growth, engagement, website clicks, and attributable leads.
Responsibilities
Organic Growth Execution
- Daily Stories + feed/Reels across multiple accounts (high output, brand-safe)
- Community engagement + DM conversion systems (no spam/bots)
- Weekly content strategy + posting calendar + performance iteration
Influencer + Creator Marketing
- Identify, outreach, and manage micro/mid-tier creators (500–250K followers)
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and tracking (codes/links)
- Build a repeatable influencer pipeline + monthly collab plan
- Execute UGC programs (customer content prompts, creator whitelisting if applicable)
Paid Ads (Meta)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns (IG/FB)
- Audience strategy: retargeting, lookalikes, geo targeting, creative testing
- Manage budget pacing, A/B tests, creative iteration, and reporting
- Track results via UTMs + reporting dashboards (Ads Manager + GA4 or equivalent)
Reporting
- Weekly KPI report: growth, engagement, influencer performance, CPM/CPC/CTR/CPA (or lead metrics), website clicks, and learnings
- Maintain a simple tracker of deliverables and outcomes
Required Experience (Must-Haves)
- Proven track record growing brand accounts (show receipts)
- Proven influencer/creator marketing experience (pipeline + campaigns)
- Meta ads experience (Ads Manager, targeting, testing, optimization)
- Strong content judgment + copywriting + IG-native creative instincts
- Organized operator: calendars, trackers, and consistent execution
Nice-to-Haves
- Cannabis, nightlife, hospitality, or regulated industry marketing experience
- Video editing (CapCut/Adobe) + basic design (Canva)
- Experience with whitelisting/Spark Ads-style creator amplification (where allowed)
- GA4, UTMs, link tracking, and basic conversion tracking knowledge
