Role Overview:
Cohley is hiring an Account Executive to help manage and convert strong inbound demand while strategically supporting outbound efforts. This is a high-impact role for a coachable, driven seller who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is motivated by building long-term, sustainable customer relationships. You will work directly with Cohley’s CEO and senior leadership, represent the company with credibility and care, and play a critical role in ensuring we sell the right solutions to the right brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the full sales cycle for primarily inbound opportunities, from discovery through close.
● Engage selectively in outbound prospecting to support strategic pipeline development.
● Position Cohley as a long-term strategic partner—not just a point solution.
● Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
● Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Hubspot.
● Represent Cohley with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in an account executive role / demonstrated history of quota attainment in a SaaS sales role.
● Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
● Some outbound prospecting experience required; majority of the role is inbound-focused.
● Experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, martech, or adjacent SaaS categories preferred.
● Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
