- Has experience with TikTok Lives (or is excited to run them consistently)
- Is comfortable being on camera themselves
- Isn’t scared to film in public, talk to customers, or show personality

- Wants to grow as a person, not just build a resume
- Wants to work inside one growing company, not bounce between clients

What You’ll Do
You will own marketing strategy and execution, including:
- Post TikTok content daily (3x per day) with a heavy TikTok focus
- Film, edit, write, and post content yourself
- Build weekly campaigns that increase foot traffic and sales
- Create content that converts into real customers
- Run TikTok Lives 3x per week from inside the store
- Include games, giveaways, food, and behind-the-scenes during lives
- Repurpose livestream footage into daily content
- Coordinate influencer outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Push hotel guest traffic through partnerships and creative strategies
- Work with local businesses and community partners
- Track marketing ROI and prepare weekly performance reports
- Lead weekly progress meetings to review what’s working and what’s not
- Capture and repurpose content from influencers, customers, and staff
- Support launches of new menu items, promotions, and themes
- Maintain the fun, high-energy, doodle-style K-BOB brand
- Execute all marketing initiatives within a defined monthly budget
- Make decisions that turn $1 into $10
This is a hands-on, high-output role, not a desk-only position.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has 2–4+ years of real digital marketing experience
- Is strong with TikTok and short-form content
- Is comfortable filming, editing, posting, and planning daily content
- Can execute independently without constant direction
- Understands how to drive real foot traffic
- Is ROI-focused and data-driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Is hungry for growth and wants to move up as the brand expands
