Social Media Content Creator (Contract)

Location:  Barberitos in Temple Terrace, FL

Reports to:  Senior Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help us bring the Barberitos brand to life through engaging, on-trend content. This role is focused exclusively on creating approved static posts and Reels for use on our brand social channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and create original social media content (Reels, videos, photos, graphics) that reflects the Barberitos brand voice and look.
• Develop fresh content ideas and proactively share recommendations based on social media trends and platform best practices.
• Follow all brand guidelines, content standards, and approval processes as defined by the WOWorks Marketing Department.
• Shoot all in-restaurant content specifically at Barberitos Prince Ave location in Athens, GA.
• Submit all content drafts to the Senior Marketing Manager for review and approval prior to finalizing.
• Work independently while maintaining clear and timely communication with the marketing team.

Important Notes:

• This position is content creation only — no posting, community management, or comment/DM response is required.
• Any influencer engagement requests or partnership ideas must be submitted to the Senior Marketing Manager for approval.

Compensation & Hours:

• Compensation via check or ACH upon approved monthly invoice submission.
• W-9 required for payment; 1099 issued annually.
