As we continue to grow our franchise network, we seek a Brand Creative Director to own and elevate our brand identity across all touchpoints.

Position Overview

The Brand Creative Director is a hybrid strategic and creative leadership role responsible for the complete stewardship of the Hummus Republic brand. This position combines the vision of a Creative Director, the hands-on skills of a Graphic Designer, the strategic thinking of a Brand Manager, and the expertise of a Branding Specialist. The ideal candidate will shape how our brand is perceived by franchisees, customers, and partners while executing high-quality creative assets that support franchise growth and brand consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Stewardship

•      Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all franchise locations

•      Define and protect brand voice, visual identity, and messaging aligned with the "Fresh Habits" positioning

•      Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand in the fast-casual Mediterranean space

•      Evolve brand identity as needed while maintaining core brand equity and recognition

Creative Direction & Design

•      Lead creative development for all marketing materials, campaigns, and brand communications

•      Design and produce print and digital assets including menus, signage, packaging, promotional materials, and franchise collateral

•      Direct photography and video shoots ensuring brand-aligned visual content

•      Create compelling presentations and pitch decks for franchisee recruitment and investor relations

Franchise Support & Communications

•      Develop and distribute brand assets, templates, and toolkits for franchisees

•      Create standardized operational materials (SOPs, training guides, job descriptions) with consistent brand application

•      Design branded communications for franchisee network including newsletters, announcements, and holiday messaging

•      Support new restaurant openings with grand opening materials and local marketing assets

Required Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience

•      2-3 years of experience in creative/design roles with brand management responsibilities

•      Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

•      Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, marketing collateral, and strategic design thinking

•      Experience developing and enforcing brand guidelines across multiple stakeholders

•      Excellent communication and presentation skills

•      Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Preferred Qualifications

•      Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or franchise industry

•      Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)

•      Photography direction and food styling knowledge

•      Experience managing influencer/ambassador partnerships

•      Understanding of social media trends and content best practices
