Pop On Veneers is a fast-growing DTC consumer brand helping people feel confident about their smile. We are looking for a Community & Influencer Manager to own our social presence, engage directly with our audience, and manage relationships with creators and micro-influencers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the comments, protecting brand voice, spotting trends early, and building real relationships with creators and customers.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing daily organic social content, engaging with our community across platforms, monitoring brand mentions, and coordinating influencer and creator relationships. This role works closely with marketing and customer support and requires hands-on experience using Gorgias .

Key Responsibilities

  • Post daily content across organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest)
  • Monitor and respond to comments on organic posts and paid ads
  • Manage social conversations and escalations using Gorgias
  • Monitor brand mentions, hashtags, reviews, and discussions across social, Google, and press
  • Discover and manage micro-influencers and content creators
  • Track creator communication, content usage, and rewards
  • Identify strong UGC and community insights to share internally
