Role Description

We’re hiring a Lead Influencer & Content Marketing Manager to own influencer programs, content creation, and organic social execution across TikTok, Instagram, and our website. This is a hands-on role for someone who has style, has experience making content for fashion/beauty, understands performance, and has strong communication skills. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be executing daily. 

Responsibilities

Influencers & Creators

  • Own ShopMy (outreach, onboarding, tracking)
  • Manage all influencers end-to-end (outreach, contracts, briefs, planning)
  • Manage paid TikTok creators
  • Source, manage, and direct content interns

Content Creation & Direction

  • Develop content ideas and creative direction
  • Create TikTok and Instagram content
  • Create content for paid ads
  • Produce and shoot Apple-style, premium product videos
  • Use AI tools and CapCut for content creation
  • Enforce visual and tonal brand standards
  • Own organic TikTok and Instagram execution

Website & PDP Content

  • Own all website content (photoshoots, PDPs, callouts)
  • Hire and manage models and photographers for PDP shoots
  • Lead styling for PDP and brand content

Performance & Testing

  • Build systems to test, learn, and iterate (hooks, formats, creators)
  • Manage content and creator performance analysis
  • Track profitability by channel (spend, ROAS, returns)

Experience

  • 2+ years and strong content creation experience in fashion/beauty (AI tools, CapCut, photoshoots)
  • Hands-on experience managing creators and influencers
  • Experience creating paid social content
  • Strong understanding of what makes TikTok and short-form content perform, with experience directing creators, reviewing content, and iterating based on performance
  • Experience working with a DTC or e-commerce brand preferred

Location

Hybrid in office / remote - minimum 3 days in New York City office

$60,000 - $100,000 DOE
