Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in elevating brand visibility, client engagement, and digital growth for a rapidly expanding medical spa & salon. This position supports all aspects of marketing, including social media management, content creation, trend research, SEO optimization, email marketing, community outreach and campaign execution. The Marketing Coordinator ensures that all marketing efforts align with business goals while maintaining a polished, on‑brand, client‑focused presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Content Creation:

Capture and edit photo and video content, including treatment highlights, educational posts, provider features and promotional materials.

  • Trend Research:

Monitor industry trends, social media shifts and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for relevant, high‑performing content.

  • SEO & Website Optimization:

Update and optimize website content, service pages, and blogs using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and search visibility.

  • Digital Analytics:

Track and analyze performance metrics across social media, website traffic, and email campaigns to guide strategy and improve results.

  • Email Marketing:

Assist in creating newsletters, promotional emails and automated client journeys that support retention and revenue growth.

  • Brand Consistency:

Ensure all digital and print materials reflect the med spa and salon’s brand standards, tone and visual identity.

  • Reputation Management:

Monitor online reviews, support response strategies and encourage client feedback to strengthen brand credibility.

  • Event & Influencer Support:

Assist with planning in‑spa events, coordinating influencer partnerships and managing promotional campaigns.

  • Community Outreach: Build brand awareness through community outreach by supporting local charities, coordinating fundraising efforts and collaborating with other local businesses.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration:

Work closely with providers, leadership and front desk staff to gather content, understand service offerings and support marketing initiatives.



Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media or digital content creation; experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and current digital trends.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and visual.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with staff and leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced, content‑driven environment.
