Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for the launch of our Pizza shop "Pizza Food Fiesta" . This role involves developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences across multiple platforms, and drive business growth to our Take out Pizza Shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics, with a passion for storytelling and brand development. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content production.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns using platform-specific tools to target key demographics effectively.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and Buffer to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate public relations activities to enhance brand image through media outreach and partnership development.
  • Oversee content creation calendars ensuring timely delivery of engaging posts across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaborations that support marketing objectives.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, and emerging platforms or technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with demonstrated success in growing online communities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient social media management.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across visual content.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to proofreading detail.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics and other tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners effectively.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus, along with experience in web analytics and video editing techniques. Pay: From $25.00 per hour
