Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and digital growth within the baby/CPG category. This role spearheads omni-channel strategies across major retailers (Target, Walmart, Amazon) and leads a high-performing team to drive online and in-store conversion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute annual marketing plans to grow brand equity, engagement, and sales. Manage total marketing budget and optimize spend based on ROI.
  • Omni-channel Execution: Lead integrated campaigns across digital and retail channels. Partner with Sales to build account-specific plans for Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee paid search/social, SEO, CRM, and influencer programs. Optimize retail media performance (Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Roundel) to drive conversion.
  • Brand & Creative: Lead product launches, packaging design, and storytelling. Manage agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality, consumer-centric assets.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with innovation pipelines and inventory demand planning.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing; 5+ years specifically in CPG, Baby, or Family-oriented products.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record managing marketing for Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Digital Mastery: Deep knowledge of eCommerce performance marketing and retail media platforms.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to translate consumer insights and performance metrics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Leadership: Strong experience mentoring teams and collaborating across departments in fast-paced environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling brands in the baby/household space.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Expertise in influencer programs targeting Millennial and Gen Z parents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
